Microwave Apple Slices

Wash and slice apples (thin as possible)

Place it on a plate that can be microwaved in the microwave

Put it in the microwave oven, first ding on high heat for 2 minutes, then ding on the reverse side for 2 minutes, if it is still soft and not dry, then ding it for another minute, and the reverse side for one minute.

The microwaved apple slices are clipped piece by piece with chopsticks and placed on clean A4 paper to cool for half an hour or more, and it will be crunchy.

Tips:
1. The microwave time is related to the thickness of the apple slices, the thinner, the faster and the crisper
2. It is best to remove the apple seeds when cutting them, otherwise you have to spit them out when you eat them.
