Microwave Steamed Fish: Scallion Golden Pomfret
1.
Prepare the ingredients, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.
2.
Clean the fish (the viscera is removed when you buy it), and cut a few knives on each side of the fish.
3.
Place the ginger and shallots on the bottom of the dish (special dish for microwave oven).
4.
Put the fish, put the ginger and shallots, and pour 1 spoon of white wine.
5.
Cover the lid (for microwave ovens), or cover it with a high-temperature-resistant plastic wrap, and use a toothpick to prick a few small holes on the surface of the film.
6.
Put it in the microwave and select "steamed fish" for 3 minutes.
7.
When it's time to take it out, pour out the juice in the dish to remove the fishy smell.
8.
Turn the other side of the fish upside down, put on the scallions, pour 3-5 spoons of light soy sauce, and then pour 2 spoons of white wine.
9.
Put it in the microwave again and select "Steamed Fish" for 2 minutes.
10.
When time is up, take out the fish, boil the sesame oil (I use peanut oil) in a pot, and pour it on the green onions.
Tips:
In the last step, after the sesame oil is boiled, pour it on the fish while it is still hot to make it more fragrant.
