The Practice of Cumin Roasted Golden Pomfret

Prepare chopped green onion, chili, minced ginger, and minced garlic

Place the minced chili and cumin in a bowl, add light soy sauce, rice wine, all seasonings and mix well, add an appropriate amount of salt, about 1 tsp

Clean the golden pomfret, dry the water for later use

Put the prepared marinade into the fish, spread it evenly, and marinate for 3 hours

The marinated fish is placed in the baking dish

Put it in the preheated oven, heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees, bake for about 10-15 minutes, the surface becomes beautiful golden yellow, and the excess water disappears.

Tips:
1. Bake first and then brush the oil to facilitate the removal of excess water.
2. The golden pomfret should be cleaned up. If you don't like the golden pod, you can replace it with another fish.
3. It is recommended to use cumin seeds and crushed chili instead of chili noodles and cumin noodles
4. Do not put the chili powder and cumin powder too early, otherwise the dry powder will bake and affect the taste of the grilled fish.
5. I use a PE5389 oven. When you use other brands of ovens, please adjust the baking temperature appropriately.
