Microwave Steamed Red Fish
1.
The fish is slaughtered and washed, and some flower knives are drawn on the fish to facilitate the taste. Cut the ginger into shreds, cut the green onions into sections, and do the preliminary work.
2.
Rub the ginger on the fish body, use 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, pour the fish body, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
3.
In a small bowl, put 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, shredded ginger and white onion. High heat in the microwave for 1 minute. You can smell the scent of fried ginger and green onion. Take it out and set aside.
4.
Fill some of the fragrant scallion oil and shredded ginger in the belly of the fish, and spread the rest on the body. 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce + 2 tablespoons of fish sauce to make the sauce, pour the fish body. Both light soy sauce and fish sauce are salty, if the taste is heavy, you can add an appropriate amount of salt. I didn't use salt.
5.
High heat in the microwave for 8 minutes (5 minutes if the fish is small).
