Mid-autumn Preheating-ice Cream Moon Cakes

Melt the dark chocolate in water and stir well.

Pour a spoonful of chocolate into the moon cake mold, use the back of a spoon to slowly spread the chocolate evenly on the wall of the mold, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for about 3 minutes.
