Milk Orange Jelly

Wash the oranges and cut the top, soak the gelatine slices in advance and set aside

Scoop out the pulp of the orange and puree it with the juice

Strain it with a sieve and leave the orange juice for later use

Add milk and granulated sugar to the milk pot, simmer until the sugar melts and turn off the heat, add the soaked gelatin flakes, stir with a spoon to melt the gelatin flakes

Let the milk liquid cool down, add orange juice, and mix for a while

Then pour the milk orange juice into the oranges, close the lid, and chill in the refrigerator until set, then take it out and eat
Tips:
1. If the gelatine tablets cannot be fully melted, you can turn on a small fire and heat it up;
2. Cool the milk liquid to warm and add orange juice. Do not add orange juice at high temperature, so as not to damage the ingredients of orange juice.
