The toffee boiled with milk and whipped cream is soft and tastes like ice cream after being refrigerated. It is also a good way to consume whipped cream.

Milk Toffee

1. Prepare materials

2. Put all the ingredients into the pot, and start to heat until it boils

3. The pot must be a large pot, the whipped cream is boiled on a low heat, while stirring constantly with a spatula

4. The moisture starts to decrease and the liquid starts to thicken

5. Boil until it looks like the picture, turn off the heat

6. Put oil paper in the fresh-keeping box, pour the liquid into the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator to freeze

7. Take out the fresh-keeping box overnight, it has been frozen and formed

8. After cutting into pieces, wrap it with glutinous rice paper and put it in the refrigerator for freezer preservation

Tips:

The boiled liquid must be boiled over a low fire, and the pot must be a larger pot, preferably a non-stick pot
