Minced Beef and Bean Curd

Wash and chop carrots and fungus. Minced green onion and ginger

Add minced beef to cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and mix well

Box of tofu tear open the plastic film and invert it in the container

Don't steam the tofu for too long
