Mint and Orange Sorbet

Wash mint leaves and green oranges separately

After the water is boiled, add the mint leaves, turn off the heat for 2 minutes, and cool. Note that the mint should not be boiled for a long time. The effective ingredient mint oil will evaporate

Add sliced green tangerines, fresh mint leaves, and ice cubes to the cup

Add syrup or honey according to your own taste. You don’t need to add it for weight loss in summer, because orange has its own sweetness.

Tips:
It is very simple, but the effect is obvious. Be careful not to cook the mint leaves for a long time, otherwise it will fail.
