Mint Fish Soup

After washing the mint leaves, soak them for later use

Heat the pan, add oil, saute the ginger slices, add the fish bones, fish heads and fish tails, and fry until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of water, if more people drink the soup, add more water

Cover the pot and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes

Add mint leaves

Add some salt to taste

Simmer for 1 minute on high heat
Tips:
1. Mint is not used to boil for too long, otherwise it will lose its efficacy;
2. The fish soup can be boiled for a longer period of time, the longer it is boiled, the whiter it will be.
