Hu Lao Dou, also called Gou Claw Dou. It is one of the Hakka specialties of Meizhou, Guangdong. It is delicious to make cold dishes in summer. The meat is not only full but also very crispy! It is a good choice for the current wine and dishes.

Mint Spicy Hulo Beans

1. Rinse the humao beans first, then drain the water for later use

2. Pour into the pot and cook, and cook until about 5-10 minutes

3. Wash the mint leaves and drain the water

4. Cut into small pieces for later use

5. Separate the garlic, go to the clothes and smash, and chop the peppers (if you like more spicy, you can add more peppers. I am the only one in my family who eat spicy ones. Others don't eat them, so I put less)

6. Put in a bowl and set aside

7. After the humao beans are cooked, rinse them off with cold water

8. Cut into small pieces

9. Put it into a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of cold water into the ice cubes, and let it stand until the ice cubes melt. Pour out the ice water and dry the water for use

10. Heat up the frying pan

11. Add garlic and chili until fragrant

12. Pour in the hulo beans and stir fry for a while

13. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, stir fry evenly

14. Pour in some oyster sauce and stir fry for a while

15. Put the mint leaves in the last, stir and fry evenly, then turn off the heat

Tips:

After the huluo beans are cooked, soak them in ice water to make them crispy!
