Mirror Mousse Cake

QQ sugar and water melt into liquid at a ratio of 1:1, let cool

After the mousse liquid is refrigerated for 2 hours, pour the QQ sugar liquid into the mousse liquid with a spoon as a diversion object, and then put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours.

Tips:
1. Use digestive biscuits for the bottom of the biscuits. Oreo biscuits can be used. When stirring, pay attention to the butter to be completely softened, otherwise it is not easy to mix well.
2. Gelatine powder can also be replaced with 2-3 pieces of gelatine tablets.
3. After the mousse is refrigerated, blow it around with a hair dryer or cover around the mould with a hot towel to slightly melt around it, so that it can be demolded well.
4. The whipped cream does not need to be decorated to the degree of piping flowers, and it can be applied to the state that it has lines and can flow.
