After the fungus is cooked, it is cooled in ice water.

Add chili powder, pepper powder, sesame, five-spice powder and chopped green onion to the bowl.

After the rapeseed oil is boiled until it smokes, turn off the heat and cool for 20 seconds, then pour it into the mixed condiment bowl to make fresh chili oil.
