After the dough is formed and moisturized, add butter and continue to knead the dough for 18 minutes;

Grab a piece of dough and gently pull with your hand to pull out this transparent and elastic film. Use your fingers to poke a hole, and the edge of the hole is smooth and jagged;

Put the dough round in the bread bucket, damp the cloth, cover the lid, select the "fermentation" program for 1 hour, and adjust the time according to the state of the dough; if the room temperature is relatively high or it is hot, you don't need to select the fermentation program; the dough is twice the original When it's old, dip your fingers in flour and poke holes on the top of the dough without collapsing or shrinking, and fermentation is successful;

Take out the dough and place it on the kneading mat, tap it a few times to exhaust, weigh it and divide it into 8 equal parts, knead the dough separately, and let the plastic wrap cover and relax for 10 minutes;

Flatten the loose dough, roll it into strips, and roll it into a roll from top to bottom; treat the other doughs in turn, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes;

When the raw bread is doubled, one of the boxes is cut with a knife on the surface, and the coconut filling is placed. Because it is a ready-made filling, the amount of butter is small. You should just twist and sprinkle some by hand. Too conducive to melting, which was discovered when baking later; at this time, the oven is preheated to 190 degrees;

Tips:
1. Multi-grain flour must be kneaded into a transparent and elastic film, so that the baked bread will be delicious; honey can be replaced with sugar. Since honey is liquid, the amount of water must be increased accordingly;
2. The roasting time and temperature are adjusted according to the size of the toast and your own oven.
