Mung Bean Popsicles
1.
Prepare mung bean soup.
2.
Prepare sugar.
3.
Add a tablespoon of starch, mix well with hot mung bean soup, stirring constantly, until the sugar-dissolved soup is slightly thicker.
4.
Add mung bean rice to the popsicle molds.
5.
Pour the soup into the mold.
6.
Put it in the stick, cool it, and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. After four or five hours, it will form and you can eat.
Tips:
If it feels hard to master, you can boil the mung beans in a pot on a low heat, add sugar to dissolve, add water starch, cool slightly, and then install the mold.
