A few days ago, a pot of bone soup was simmered, and it was well received. I feel that this season is the best season to drink soup and water. I bought a bunch of mushrooms and added bones to make a hodgepodge with meat and vegetables to complement the nutrition.

Mushroom Bone Soup

1. Add ginger and green onion to the bones, and use water to spare

2. Wash the cabbage with various mushrooms and set aside

3. Pour the mushrooms into the pot and stir fry

4. Bone stew after flying water

5. Then add the fried mushrooms

6. Spread another layer of baby cabbage

7. Stew it until the baby cabbage is cooked

8. A bowl of colorful mushroom bone soup is ready to be stewed

Tips:

1. Pork ribs can remove impurities from meat
