Tomato Fan Bone Soup

Prepare a fan bone and tomato. (Shallots are useless in the end, I think they will steal the freshness of tomatoes)

Boil the fan bones in a pot under cold water.

Rinse again and control the water for later use.

Peel the tomatoes and change them to a knife for later use.

Put all the ingredients in the pot and add a bowl of water.

Select the stew mode and pressure cook for 25 minutes.

Finally, add some fine salt to taste before boiling.

Tips:
The fan bones will have a little bit of broken bones. After blanching, a second time of water will be required to clean up the small broken bones.
