Mushroom Chicken Congee

Prepare the ingredients, soak the rice for a while in advance, cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices, and mince the coriander.

Put chicken breasts in water and add ginger to cook. Change the high heat to low heat and cook until you can easily fork it into the chopsticks and turn off the heat.
