Mushroom Lean Pork Congee

Prepare the ingredients: soak the shiitake mushrooms in boiling water, wash the rice, and chop the green onions

Squeeze the shiitake mushrooms, shred the water and fry until fragrant

Pour the fried shiitake mushrooms into the washed rice, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook in the pot (I use a rice cooker because it can be turned on while cooking)

Add the lean meat slices, add some chicken essence, salt and cornstarch, and then add some cooking oil to stir evenly

When the porridge is cooked, pour in the lean meat and add some salt chicken bouillon, turn off the heat after the porridge is boiled for 1 minute

The cooked porridge is sprinkled with chopped green onions

Add a few drops of sesame oil on top of the porridge while it is hot to make it more fragrant
