Mushroom Meatball Soup

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into pieces.

Water cabbage is removed, washed and soaked.

Put the hinged meat in a large bowl, add mushroom particles, add ginger, salt, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, starch and water, mix well and stir in one direction.

Take the water and cook the cabbage in boiling water, then add it to the soup pot;

Boil the water to a low heat, and put the meatballs into balls;

Wait for the balls to float and cook for another minute or two;

Add pepper, chicken essence, and salt, pour it into the soup pot, and sprinkle with green onions.
