Mushroom Pork Skin Jelly
1.
Prepare a piece of pigskin, wash it, let it boil for 5 minutes and remove it without water.
2.
Pull off the pig hair and shave off the grease. You can also shave the pig's hair clean before the pig skin is cooked, otherwise it will be pulled out one by one after cooking.
3.
Add water to the pot, the water is about 3 times that of pigskin. Put in the pigskin, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and boil for about half an hour.
4.
Prepare a few dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them in boiling water.
5.
Remove the pigskin and keep the water for later use. Cut into small pieces, smash the ginger and garlic. Pour the cut pork skin, shiitake mushrooms, ginger slices and garlic into a meat grinder and mince. (This step without a meat grinder must be chopped by hand!)
6.
After the meat grinder is ground, it is stuck in the machine. Use the spare "pigskin soup" to pour into the meat grinder, scrape out all the ingredients and pour into the pot, add the seasoning (edible oil, salt, oyster sauce, pepper) Powder), boil the water for three or two minutes.
7.
After cooking, put it out in a basin and let it cool, or put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
8.
After solidification, the button comes out, it is a bit troublesome to pour out, you can use the spoon to slowly rotate and scrape the button. Cut into strips, drizzle with sesame oil and chives, mix well, and enjoy!
Tips:
The auxiliary materials depend on personal taste. I have a child in my family, and I don’t add much auxiliary materials. If I eat personally, I have to add chili powder and the like to mix it!
