My Specialty-fried Lamb with Garlic

The lamb was taken out of the refrigerator to thaw.

Cut the lamb into thin slices.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, chicken essence, egg white, water starch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the garlic cloves.
