Nanguo Pear, Snow Lotus Seed, Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

Preparation materials: Peel the Nanguo pear and cut into pieces (if it is a ripe Nanguo pear, scrape the skin with a spoon, then open a mouth and tear it off.); soak snow lotus seeds, white fungus and lotus seeds one day in advance.

Put the prepared materials into the pressure cooker together and finish in 10 minutes.

The ripe Nanguo pears have a light wine aroma, and are very sweet with a little sour. It is fine without rock sugar.
