Nanru Zuozhai

Soak the fungus in warm water and wash it off.

The yuba is soaked softly and cut into small sections.

Soak the snow fungus and tear off small pieces.

Soak the hair with golden needles, wash until the water is clear, and remove the hard stems.

Peel and slice carrots.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into large pieces.

Pick and wash sweet beans.

The vermicelli is soaked and cut. (It’s too long to hold vegetables.)

South milk and South milk are pounded.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, and saute the southern milk.

Add carrots, fungus, snow fungus, golden needles and other cooking-resistant vegetables, stir-fry, add about a bowl of water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add Chinese cabbage and yuba and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft.

Add sweet beans and stir well.

Add vermicelli, pour in oyster sauce and sugar. (If you have no vegetarian oyster sauce, you can use Maggi Fresh Soy Sauce instead)

Stir-fry until the sweet beans are cooked through.
