Napoli Pasta

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Rinse the mushrooms and green peppers and drain the water. Use a knife to slice the mushrooms and sausages, and shred the green peppers and onions.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them.

Pour 10 ml of olive oil in a pot and heat slightly, add crushed tomatoes, ketchup, sugar and salt, and stir-fry on medium-low heat until the crushed tomatoes are melted and the soup thickens. Set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add Olivilan pasta, add 2 grams of salt and cook.

Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked out and set aside.

Pour 10 ml of olive oil in a pot, heat until slightly hot, add sliced mushrooms, shredded onion, shredded green pepper and black pepper, and sauté until softened over medium-low heat.

Then add the sausage slices and stir fry for a while.

Add the pasta and tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Add some salt to the noodles to make the water boil faster and make the noodles easier to cook.
