New Orleans Chicken Hammer

1. Ingredients: chicken wing root (washed), New Orleans marinade

2. Unpack the New Orleans marinade and pour it into a crisper.

3. Add 4 scoops of cooking wine.

4. Mix thoroughly.

5. Next, use a knife to cut the fascia and chicken from the bone at the root of the chicken wing, and chop the chicken down to the end. It is a chicken hammer.

6. Then, wrap the upper bone part with aluminum foil.

7. Add to New Orleans marinade and marinate for 2 hours.
