No Added Healthy Jam--apricot Jam

Wash the bought apricots and pick out the bad ones

Tips:
1. Cut the cleaned apricots into small pieces and pickle them with sugar. I like sweet and sour taste, so I don’t put too much sugar. If you like sweet ones, you can add some sugar.
2. When boiling, be sure to use stainless steel or ceramic glass pots, don't use iron pots
