No Fire Sour Plum Soup

Put ebony plum, dried hawthorn slices, licorice and tangerine peel in a bowl, soak in water for 5 minutes;

Wash and drain the soaked materials for later use;

Fill it with water, put it in the microwave, and heat it on medium-high heat for 18 minutes;

Take out the sour plum soup, add rock sugar, and stir it evenly. After the sour plum soup is allowed to cool down, strain out the cooking ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before drinking.
