Northeast Snacks 4-braised Noodles with Beans

Wash kidney beans and fold them into small pieces, peel and cut potatoes, and slice pork.

Heat a small amount of oil in the pan, add garlic and star anise and fry until fragrant, add the meat slices and stir fry to change the color.

Then add kidney beans and continue to stir fry to change color

Then add potatoes. stir fry.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and stir fry

Add an appropriate amount of water to just cover the dishes in the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer slowly on low heat.

When the kidney beans and potatoes are mature, add salt and chicken essence, add the stretched noodles, shake and cover on top of the kidney beans, and simmer until the soup boils.
Tips:
1. Just mix it when you eat it.
2. The hand-rolled noodles are the best. I bought the stretched noodles here. It's thinner, but it's okay.
