Northeastern Ribs Stewed with Sauerkraut
1.
First rinse the Northeast sauerkraut with cold water, control the moisture, and set aside.
2.
The ribs are blanched first to remove blood and foam.
3.
Put the blanched ribs in an electric pressure cooker, put in the meat stew, green onion and ginger slices (because I don’t eat onion, ginger, and garlic), simmer for 30 minutes
4.
Use the time of pressing the ribs to soak the red dates and wolfberry for later use
5.
Cut the coriander into small pieces for later use, leave it alone if you don’t like it
6.
Alas~ I lost a picture. . . This step is to heat up the bottom oil in the wok, stir-fry the sauerkraut, add a little soy sauce, red dates and goji berries, add the ribs soup, boil, add salt and other seasonings on high heat for 15 minutes, then add the ribs and cook on a low heat 15 minutes.
7.
Turn off the heat, put it in a soup bowl, add a few drops of sesame oil, and sprinkle some coriander, ok! La!
Tips:
sorrow! It's easy to keep the photos, and there are fewer steps. . . I remember I took it. . . Pay attention next time. . .
