Sauerkraut White Meat

1. Put the shallots and meat into the pot, add the cooking wine and blanch the water to remove the fishy

2. Sliced pork belly with ginger and chives

3. Soak sauerkraut with water for 6 hours in advance

4. Add green onion, ginger, star anise and dried chili after the oil is hot

5. Add sauerkraut and stir fry for two minutes

6. After two minutes, add water and meat, add salt and other seasonings, simmer on high heat for 15 minutes, then serve
