Nougat

The prepared raw materials are 200g pure white marshmallows, 200g milk powder, 250g cooked peanuts, and I use microwaved peanuts. Be careful not to roll the peanuts too much.

Put the marshmallows in a larger container and microwave for one minute. A larger container prevents the microwave marshmallows from swelling and overflowing.

Add milk powder and crushed peanuts to the slightly fine marshmallows. Stir quickly. It will solidify quickly in winter. When it becomes hard, heat it in the microwave for one minute. Stir patiently.

Use a spoon with a harder handle, or it’s difficult to stir, it’s very thick, it’s hard to stir when drawing, don’t worry, be patient, there is no problem, it can’t stir in the microwave for a little bit

I use a non-stick baking pan. I pour the mixed marshmallows into the baking pan. It doesn’t pour well. With the help of a shovel and spoon, cover with plastic wrap and flatten it.
