Nutritious Light Fan Bone Soup

The fan bones are blanched and washed with boiling water, removed and thrown into the rice cooker

Soak red dates, wolfberry, lotus seeds and lilies in water for ten minutes in advance, rinse them out and throw them into the pot.

Wash the ginger and pat, peel and cut the lotus root into the pot
