Oatmeal Cake with Black Sesame Filling

Beat the eggs, add milk and stir evenly (about 70g of milk). After adding yeast to melt, sift in oat flour and knead it into a dough, then cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour. You can add a little oil to the noodles. It's easy to operate. I didn't add it. Try to eat as little oil as possible.

Put the cooked black sesame seeds into the cooking machine, crush them, and then add the right amount of olive oil. Don't add too much, just slightly viscous. The right amount of sugar and the amount of sugar added depends on the taste you like. A little salt, I probably use 1g of salt, sweet and salty, not greasy and particularly fragrant.

The dough is fermented to 2 times its size, take it out and knead it evenly, the dough will be softer and taste better. Then knead the dough into long strips, evenly divide it into 8 small dough pieces, take one dough piece and roll it into an oval shape, roll it from top to bottom, and then roll it back and forth, then roll it up again to make the taste softer.

Then press flat, roll into a small cake, put in the mixed black sesame filling, close the mouth and squeeze tightly, do not reveal the filling, press flat and roll into a round.

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, and put the prepared biscuits into the baking tray.

Heat up and down in the middle and bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes, and turn it over for about 10 minutes.

Baked. Without an oven, pan baking is also possible.
Tips:
1. Different ovens have different temperature and time. Please set according to your own oven. There is no oven available for baking in a pan.
2. Don't put too much black sesame filling oil, just slightly thicker. Control the amount of sugar by yourself, add a little salt and you will find that it also increases the flavor.
