Octopus in Tomato Sauce

Chilled hairtail, wash and cut into sections

Add onion and ginger garlic, season with salt and pepper

Mix evenly and marinate for about half an hour

Saucepan with butter

Add the marinated hairtail and fry until golden on both sides

Put a little olive oil in the wok, fry the minced garlic and chopped onion

Add hoisin sauce and tomato sauce
8.
Squeeze the lemon in
9.
Stir evenly
10.
Add the right amount of boiling water to boil

Add the fried hairtail
12.
Cook until the juice is thick
Tips:
I used butter for frying the fish. You can also use other cooking oil or olive oil
