Oil-free and Water-free Cake

3 eggs, 75g powdered sugar, add them to the same container

Use a whisk, high speed and then low speed, until the pattern is not scattered

Add low flour, 75g

Use a silicone spatula to mix well

Pour into a paper cup, 8 minutes full

190 degrees, bake for 25 minutes

It doesn't look very good, but the taste is good
Tips:
Preheat the oven in advance. If you think the egg tastes strong or too sweet, you can reduce it. Mine is exactly the amount of 6 paper cups.
