Oily Gluten Fried and Smoked Dry

Prepare ingredients. Dried tofu, what I bought is smoky, it's very delicious

Soak the oily gluten in water first, squeeze it with a shovel after absorbing the water, remove it, and drain the excess water

Slice the shiitake mushrooms and cut the dried tofu into strips.
Cut garlic sprouts into small pieces, slice garlic

Put oil in the pan and fry fragrant ginger and garlic.

Stir fry for a while and add oily gluten

Start seasoning: very fresh, oyster sauce, salt

Stir-fry the ingredients quickly and add garlic sprouts. Stir fry for a while to turn off the heat.
If there is chicken essence, sprinkle some chicken essence to improve the flavor.

The oily gluten is fried, smoked and dried. Lunch for one person: a pot of dishes ➕ a bowl of rice!
Tips:
The oily gluten should be soaked for a while to absorb the moisture before pressing, otherwise the pressing will not move and it will break easily
