The oily gluten stuffed meat I have eaten in restaurants outside is always very salty, I can't finish one at a time, but I really want to eat it, so I made it during the weekend.

Oily Gluten Stuffed Pork (braised in Brown Sauce)

1. Pour minced ginger, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, light soy sauce (in the auxiliary ingredients above) into the minced meat, stir clockwise, and then pour the two prepared eggs into the minced meat and stir clockwise.

2. Poke a hole in the oily gluten with your fingers, and then stuff the minced meat into the oily gluten one by one. ps, I prepared two catties of meat, because when the meat was stuffed, I remembered that the two catties of meat were not photographed before, so the photo of the meat in the picture above is left, and I am going to buy some small wontons. So you guys can buy a catty and a half of meat, which can stuff 17 oily gluten.

3. After the meat is stuffed, prepare the shallots and ginger

4. Prepare the braised sauce (included in the accessories)

5. Heat the pan, pour a little oil into the pan, pour the ginger and shallots into the pan and saute

6. Then pour the oily gluten meat and stir fry

7. Pour the braised sauce into the pot and stir fry again

8. Then pour in hot water, turn on high heat and cook for about three minutes, then turn on low heat and simmer for 20 minutes

9. Finally, open the fire to collect the juice

Tips:

Because the oily gluten stuffed meat eaten outside is very salty, the meat inside is red, so it should be too salty because of the soy sauce. I generally can't eat one of them. So this time I made a moderate salty taste. I ate three of them at once. If you like salty, you can add soy sauce according to your own situation.
