After eating twice-cooked pork slices from restaurants, I decided to try it myself, and interested babies should try it themselves!

Stir-fried Twice-cooked Pork with Onions

1. Wash the meat and put it in a pot to cook! Can be easily penetrated with chopsticks

2. Cut the meat into evenly sized slices

3. Wash and shred the onion

4. Put oil in the pot and heat, add sliced green onion and ginger until fragrant

5. Add the meat slices and stir fry to remove the oil in the meat, making the meat less greasy!

6. Take out the cooked meat slices and set aside

7. Heat oil in the pot, add onions and stir fry quickly!

8. After the onion is sautéed, add the previous sliced meat and stir fry, add some salt, light soy sauce, and stir fry quickly

9. Add the right amount of chicken bouillon before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet pepper, delicious and serve!
