Oily Noodles

Add water to the flour

Knead until it forms a dough, wake up for 15 minutes and knead until smooth;

Roll into a thick cake;
4.
Cut into strips
5.
Roll out into a long strip and apply salad oil on both sides;
6.
Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for one hour;
7.
Add clean water to the pot and boil;
8.
Tear the awake noodles;
9.
Cook until it all rises up and it's cooked;
10.
Put it out and put it in the pot;
11.
Add shredded cucumber, diced tomatoes, salt, vinegar and soy sauce;
12.
Sprinkle chili powder at the end and drizzle with hot oil;
13.
A delicious bowl of oily noodles is out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The dough must be kneaded smoothly;
2. The noodles that are rolled into long strips must be awake for more than an hour, so that they will not break when they are pulled up. You can also wake up overnight and make them for breakfast the next morning;
3. The oil must be burned until it smokes, so that it will be fragrant.
