Old Marinated Fish

Jin Changyu digs out everything in his stomach and washes it for later use. (The fish is best cut with a flower knife, which is easy to taste, so I forgot the flower knife)

Half a bowl of marinated ginger.

Add oil to the hot pan, first add a small portion of shredded ginger, fry for a while, add Jinchang fish and fry until golden on both sides.

Pour in old brine, add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook.

Boil for about 10 minutes and get up.
