Opium Fish Head with Scallion Oil-the First Choice for Simple and Delicious

Wash the fish and split it apart (we both usually eat half of it)

Put green onion, ginger, garlic on the fish fillet, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce

Put it in a rice cooker and cook it with the rice, which is convenient and saves gas. (If you use steamed, 10 minutes is almost the same)

After steaming, pick out the green onion, ginger and garlic (if you are too lazy to pick it, put them under the fish at the beginning), and sprinkle with chopped green onions
