Orange Full of Ice Cream

Put the whipped cream in the refrigerator. Put the orange zest in a small saucepan. Cover the pot with water and simmer for 10 minutes. 30 seconds before the end of cooking, put the candied orange zest in a pan. Drain and roughly chop the peel with a knife.

Put the peel, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl, mix and put in the refrigerator.

Whip the light cream and add it to the previous mixture. Pour the mixture into a flared container and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. Stir with a whisk every 2 hours, then let it sit overnight.

Take out from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving, then sprinkle with limoncello or vodka, you can enjoy
