Orange Jelly

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the orange in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Do not damage the appearance of the orange peel.

Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water for about 6 minutes, soak it softly

Pour orange juice and cold boiled water into the milk pot, add the soaked gelatin flakes and sugar. Turn on low heat, stir slowly, turn off the heat after about 50 degrees, continue to stir until the gelatin flakes and sugar are completely melted

After cooling slightly, pour the orange juice into a small bowl made of orange peel. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours
