Orange Jelly
1.
Peel the oranges and take out the flesh, reserve 100 grams of flesh for use, and squeeze the fresh juice out of the remaining flesh with tools
2.
When the orange petals are almost mashed, use a strainer to filter out pure juice for later use
3.
The filtered juice is set aside for later use, the strawberries are washed clean, the isinglass powder is soaked with a little juice
4.
Pour the juice taken out into the milk pot, boil on medium and low heat
5.
Melt the isinglass powder into a liquid state in a water-proof way. Keep the liquid state in warm water. Don't let the isinglass powder solidify.
6.
Pour the isinglass powder solution while the juice is boiling, and then slowly stir the juice until the isinglass powder is completely integrated and the juice is boiled, turn off the heat and let cool
7.
After the juice is completely cold, pour it into a small bottle containing orange pulp, and then add other fruits that you like. Here I used some strawberries. After filling it, put it in the refrigerator overnight.
