Orange Jelly

Cut the oranges and dig out the flesh.

Use a strainer to filter out the juice, or use a juicer to squeeze out the juice.

Guozhen is added to the water, stirring constantly to fully melt the sugar.

Take a piece of gelatine and soak it in clean water for use.

Pour the orange juice into a small pot, bring to a boil on low heat, add the soaked gelatine slices, and stir evenly.

After the orange juice is cool, pour it into the orange zest, and put it in the refrigerator.
