Orange Jelly

Wash the oranges and cut them in half.

Take out the pulp with a spoon and place the pulp in a bowl.

Use a juicer or spoon to squeeze the orange juice into a small pot.

Add caster sugar.

Add some water and mix well.

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften.

Put the small pot of orange juice on the fire, heat it on a low fire, then add the soaked gelatine slices and stir well until the gelatine slices are completely melted.

Turn off the heat, pour the orange juice into the two halves of the orange zest, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, until completely set.
9.
Take it out and cut into small pieces for consumption.
Tips:
1. If you want to do more, just increase in proportion. If the oranges are sweet enough, you can put a little less sugar;
2. If using isinglass powder, the gelatin flakes are the same amount, and directly put it into the warm orange juice and mix well.
