Orange Jelly

Prepare two oranges.

Cut into 4 halves.

Scoop out the orange flesh.
4.
Cut into small pieces.
5.
Use a juicer to squeeze juice.
6.
Squeeze into juice.
7.
Soak 4 grams of gelatine tablets in water to soften.
8.
Put the soaked gelatine slices in a French baking bowl.
9.
Add fresh orange juice and some water, bring to a boil on low heat.
10.
There is no need to cook for too long (the bitter taste will appear).
11.
Pour into a semicircular orange bowl.
12.
Refrigerate in the refrigerator freezer for more than two hours.
