Orange Juice Yam

The ingredients are ready.

The yam is cleaned and cut into small pieces and then peeled off the black skin.

Juice the oranges from the meat.

Filter the residue.

Boil the yam in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes and remove.

If the cold water is too cold, remove and control dry.

Coat the yam with a thin layer of starch.

The yam is poured into the oil at 50% heat.
