Orange Milk Double Jelly

Peel the oranges, peel off the white ribs as much as possible, and cut into small pieces

Press out the juice, take about 150 grams and set aside

Gelatine tablets soften in cold water (ice water is recommended in summer)

Add 15 grams of sugar to the juice, heat it to about 80 degrees, turn off the heat after the sugar is melted, and add 2 pieces of gelatin tablets that have been squeezed out of water

Stir to melt, pour into the mold about half the height

Refrigerate for a few minutes to solidify, add 15 grams of sugar to 150 grams of milk, heat to 80 degrees, melt the sugar and turn off the heat, add 2 slices of gelatin, and stir until melted

Pour the processed milk into the mold after cooling slightly, and refrigerate it until it is solidified.
